By booking, receiving, or attending any session or service provided by Jessica Miller, Bohemian House Medium, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to confirmation. Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Jessica Miller, Bohemian House Psychic Medium.

• Payment is required to secure your session. Payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed. Sessions are not considered booked until payment is received.

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of services offered, payments are non-refundable once a session has been confirmed.

• Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of payment.  Sessions scheduled on days expecting poor weather conditions are automatically granted rescheduling.

• No-shows: Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice will result in full forfeiture of payment.

• Late arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session with no adjustment to pricing.

• Services provided are for spiritual insight and personal reflection only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.

Nature of Services

All services provided are spiritual and intuitive in nature. Any messages, insights, or guidance shared during a session do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, business, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional care.

Jessica does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or claim to cure any physical, mental, or emotional health issues.

All messages received during a session are subject to the client’s personal interpretation. All decisions, actions, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client and are based on free will.

Session Types & Delivery

Sessions are offered both in person and virtually, unless otherwise specified.

Thirty-minute sessions are virtual only and focus exclusively on life matters, including career, finances, relationships, and health. Mediumship and connection with departed loved ones are not included in 30-minute sessions.

 

Booking, Payment & Attendance

Payment is required to secure all appointments. Sessions will not be held longer than 48 hours without payment and may be released if payment is not received within that timeframe.

Sessions begin at the scheduled start time. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise extended at Jessica’s discretion.

No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

This policy is strictly enforced due to repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Age Requirement

Services are available to clients 12 years of age and older. Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to booking.

Accuracy & Liability

Jessica makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcomes of any session or service.

By participating, you release and discharge Jessica Miller from any and all liability for loss or damages of any kind, including but not limited to physical, emotional, mental, financial, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any session, message, guidance, product, or service provided, regardless of cause.

Recordings & Media

If a recording of your session is provided, it is for personal use only. You agree not to alter, edit, distribute, publish, sell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any session content without written permission from Jessica Miller.

During events, group readings, or workshops, you may be photographed or recorded and consent to your likeness being used for promotional or media purposes.
