Moving to a new province has helped me experience life in a completely different way. At first, everything was new (never stepped foot into the province before moving here) and I got to experience submerging myself into "life" here with the bonus of getting to experience things like a tourist. I have hundreds of pins to various locations in this province, here are a list of places I love and recommend! In no particular order, with the exception of Brooklyn Village Garden Centre that has stolen my heart in more ways than one.
What better place to start then, with Brooklyn Village Garden Centre. This is the space that took a beginning appreciation of house plants and has transformed it to a hobby, heck even lifestyle change. Indoors and out, this gorgeous store has you covered! They have also introduced me to some other local businesses that I love! Handmade in Lakelands makes stunning macrame hangers, Flock & Tallow make the best lip balm and hand cream I have ever tried. They affectively do what they are meant to do! My lips heal faster than ever and I go days without needing it. Even once a day application has done wonders for my lip hydration! And last but certainly not least in this shout out is Nova Naturals. What an absolutely incredible, all natural product. The pumice stone - words won't give it justice to how great of a product it is!
Next is the mastermind behind the stunning photos featured on this website, Kayla Isabelle Photography. She has such an eye at capturing moments, I truly cannot recommend her enough. Whether you are planning a major event, visiting the province and wanting to capture your vacation or everyday moments of life - Kayla will truly provide you with the most incredible images.
If you are looking for lashes, look no further than Alex @ The Hants County Beauty Room. The kindest soul and will provide you with stunning results!
One place I have been to and has never disappointed is The Port Pub - offering incredible views with outstanding food! And take a drive up to The Lookoff - one of my favourite viewpoints in the province!
Not far, while still in the Valley is a wee little Philippine Grocer - Noypi. Prices were absolutely incredible and all the snacks we got were delicious! Ube and Chocolate flavoured anything - delicious and so affordable!
While this is all for today, stay tuned and check back in the future for more recommendations.
